Standards Authority
CoDRA is the highest standards authority established by Association of Certified Commercial Diplomats. As an independent subsidiary organ of the global professional body, its meetings serve an important regulatory function, in that, they play a key role in identifying the role of the global professional body and its susdiary organs in addressing regulatory and governance issues.
CoDRA has the power to impose punishments ranging from disqualification as competent commercial diplomat with impeccable integrity, if found guilty of contravening any of the provisions of the CoDRA Code.
At its meetings, members make assessments of current development, professional standards and regulatory issues, discuss policy options, and formulate policy responses.
Members
Members of CoDRA are distinguished persons selected based on their professional background, recognised integrity, knowledge and expertise. They are familiar with the research, development and specialized programmes of the global professional body and are selected with independent input as proposed by the Governing Council.

On competency, standards of knowledge and skills to be attained by persons seeking to become members of the commercial diplomatic profession and monitoring these standards to ensure that they meet the globally accepted standards.
On raising the professional standards of career commercial diplomats worldwide, through the provision of an unequalled range of development products and services that include open courses, dinner debates, flexible and distance learning, forums, seminars etc.
