His Excellency Ambassador Nambora, a Distinguished Fellow of the Association and Honorary Member of The Congress of Diplomats is the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Royal Kingdom of Cambodia to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (Also accredited to Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway with residence in London). He currently holds the position as "Dean of the Asian Countries' Group in London. HE Hor Nam Bora was decorated as "Commander" of the Royal Order of Cambodia (2007) and "Grand Officer" of the Royal Order of Cambodia (2010). He was promoted to the rank and status of Minister/Advisor to the Royal Government of Cambodia (2009) and, appointed as Special Envoy of the Prime Minister of Cambodia (2011) in charge of (Campaign) Promoting Cambodia's Candidature to the United Nations Security Council 2013-2104. HE Ambassador (General) Mamadou Niang C. Dipl
Distinguished Fellow of Association of Certified Commercial Diplomats and Honorary Member of The Congress of Diplomats. Former Ambassador of Senegal to the Court of St James's, Ambassador (General) Niang was Area Commander in Balantacounda from 1972-1974, and from 1980-1982, Commandant of the 2nd Senegalese contingent in Lebanon. From 1988-1990, he was Chief of Operations at the General Staff of the army appointed by the President Diouf President of the National Commission for Management of Peace Casamance. General Niang was Assistant Deputy Chief of General Staff of the Senegalese Army from 1991-1992. From 1992-1993 Director of Documentation and External Security (Senegal) Appointed President of National Elections Observatory (NEO, 1997-98) and Ambassador of Senegal to Guinea-Bissau from May 1999-March 2000. In April 2000, General Niang was appointed Minister of the Interior (Senegal). In this role, he contributed greatly to improving mobility and working conditions of police forces. In January 2004, General Mamadou Niang was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Senegal to the Court of St James's replacing Mr. El Hadj Amadou Niang.
HE Ambassador Sea Kosal C. Dipl
His Excellency Ambassador Sea Kosal is a Distinguished Fellow of ACCD and Permanent Representative of the Royal Government of Cambodia to the United Nations. Prior to his appointment, Ambassador Kosal served as Ambassador and Chargé d'Affaires ad interim in his country's Permanent Mission to the United Nations in New York since December 2006 and as Deputy Permanent Representative since July 2005. From 2003 to 2005, he was Minister Counsellor and Deputy Chief of Mission of the Embassy of Cambodia to the United States, in Washington, D.C.
