Qualified Policy Advocate Accreditation A practitioner becomes Qualified Policy Advocate when given a formal recognition by Council that he/she is competent to practise, advocate policy issues, negotiate international agreements, manage international disputes and carry out specific tasks at Executive/Doctorate level. QA Accreditation requires proven significant relevant professional experience in a related field/position and completion of the QA Mandatory Qualifying Programme. Selection of Participants Prospective candidates shall be evaluated on their total background including: proven relevant knowledge and professional experience education, skills, training and professional development an appreciation of, and passion for commercial diplomacy; and proven personal integrity as it relates to the programme and the profession of commercial diplomacy.
